The Church of Scientology Mission of Sonoma offers personlized counseling and individually-paced courses to help you increase your abilities and gain greater spiritual awareness.
The Scientology religion is about the individual man or woman. Its goal is to bring an individual to a sufficient understanding of himself and his life and free him to make improvements where he finds them necessary and in the ways he sees fit.
This is a practical, hands-on course where you learn the basics of communication to improve relations with your friends, associates and family.
Personal Efficiency Course
This course contains the senior principles and laws which apply to every endeavor, every problem of work. Course time in one evening 2 1/2 hours, and includes book and seminar portfolio. This course is done in an audio/visual presentation.

Individual Counseling (Auditing)
Scientology and Dianetics counseling, called auditing from the Latin root "to hear", is delivered by a trained Auditor. An Auditor is trained to direct and lead a session and to listen, and not to evaluate for the person receiving the auditing.
